Just finished watching a lecture by Lawrence Lessig from Stanford. His latest book, Remix: Making Art and Commerce Thrive in the Hybrid Economy deals with the need to update copyright/fair use laws to reflect the way it is being used as a communication platform by kids. Had to include this fabulous mash-up he gace as an example:
